I’m pretty sure that everyone, even your grandmother, has heard of The Weeknd. Before his hit songs back in 2015, “The Hills” and “Can’t Feel My Face, ” He started laying low for about a year, but he recently re-emerged with a new hit single called “Starboy.”

In this star’s new interstellar music video, he terminates the version of himself from 2015 that got him famous. Here, his music symbolizes how people make a new image for themselves if they ever wanted to make it “big.” In this galactic video, he destroys records, CDs, and various other items. Abel, also known as The Weeknd, is the mastermind behind his character. “Starboy” is only one of the plethora of songs coming out on his album “Starboy.”

The Weeknd’s new album is planned to drop on Nov. 25. His elusive third album is said to have 18 tracks, including “False Alarm” and “Starboy.”

After The Weeknd’s performance on Saturday Night Live on Oct. 1, his image and his music have been gaining more popularity by the minute.

The Weeknd’s most viewed music video on YouTube is “The Hills” with a whopping 926,861,524 views. Compared to the “Starboy” music video, which has over 35 million views in just over a week, it looks like “Starboy” might become his most popular song, at least in YouTube views, anyways.

With his new album soon to drop, it’s almost certain this boy will reach the stars and stay there. Nobody knows if The Weeknd has planned this all along or if he’s just a star that isn’t expected to fizzle out any time soon.
