Freshman candidate Donovan Isaac is a funny and smart student at Monroe High and is a part of the football and track teams.
“I was really happy,” Isaac said of his reaction when he made court.
While Isaac spends his winters having snowball fights and watching his favorite Christmas movie, “Elf,” he has now added Winterfest to it.
“I’m excited for the assembly,” Isaac said, “and the dance.”
